This agreement is between Halfwings, the company behind Istos Agent ("we", "us"), and the person or organisation using the service ("you"). It covers the Istos Agent website, dashboard, agents and everything they produce.
You must agree to these terms to use the service. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Istos Agent runs software agents on your behalf. They read the documents you upload, find job openings, leads and investors, and write drafts. Nothing is sent to anyone until you approve it in the queue. You are responsible for every message you approve.
Keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. One person per account.
You own the documents, contacts and drafts you put into the service. You give us the right to process them only to run the service for you. API keys and mailbox passwords you paste in are stored encrypted and used only to act on your behalf. You can remove them at any time.
Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email in breach of the law where you or the recipient live, to impersonate anyone, to scrape sites that forbid it, or to harass people. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service relies on model providers, email providers and job boards we do not control. Their terms apply to the parts they run, and their outages are outside our control.
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that a draft will be accurate, that a job is still open, that an email will arrive, or that you will get a reply, a role, a client or an investment. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We can end the agreement with notice, or at once if you break these terms. Your data is deleted within 30 days of closure.
We will tell you by email before material changes to these terms take effect. Using the service after that date means you accept them.
We collect your email address, the documents and contacts you upload, the drafts the agents write, and logs of what the agents did. We use them to run the service and to improve it. We do not sell your data and we do not use your documents to train models.
Data is stored in managed databases in the European Union and processed by model providers under their data agreements. Secrets are encrypted at rest.
You can export or delete your data at any time. We respect the rights of all of our users, regardless of location or citizenship.
