What is an agent run?
One mission you launch, such as scanning the job boards you watch or ranking a batch of leads. Reading, editing and approving drafts never count.
Do you send without my approval?
No. Every draft waits in the queue until you approve it. You can edit it first, and you can reject it.
Which models do you use?
Each task gets the model that suits it: fast decision models for scoring and ranking, and strong writing models for drafts. You can change who does what, and connect your own keys for OpenAI, Gemini, Grok or Claude.
Can I bring my own keys?
Yes. Paste your model, email and integration keys on the Connections page. They are stored encrypted and never written to a file.

A small team of designers and engineers in Nairobi, building tools that do the busywork of outreach and leave the decisions to you.
Why we built it
Istos started with a job search.
After two years co-founding and leading Mazerance, Elvis stepped down in September and went back to the job market. Hiring had changed, AI had changed the tools around it, and applying had become a full-time job. He built Istos so talented people spend less time on applications and more time learning, sharpening their craft and preparing for interviews. It turned out to work just as well for selling, so Istos is for salespeople too.
